Bodyweight Training – The Feared 8 Count Bodybuilders

Why do so many people fear the formidable builder of 8 meters? Because they are a brutal bodyweight exercise that has been used in the army by Elite Navy seals.

I read and bought many books on military training on every part of the army. The Army, the Navy, the Air Force and the Marines and they all show the exercise of the builder of 8 meters as one of the exercises that help them To put them in great shape.

But a book of a Navy Seal training manual talks about how every Friday they will have to do 1×100 of this brutal exercise. And how the Seals detest it, I read that many years ago when I was making a transition from bodybuilding training to bodyweight training.

I thought how difficult it could be? The first time I did it, I managed 60 of these bodybuilders and I thought of never doing them again. But, there was no way that was going to happen, I was on my own mission to do 100 in 10 minutes and I accomplished it.

What made me want to know more about this and the fact that the author has dropped the alleged 8 from the training section because That they are brutal. I liked that. If he dropped it because he hated them, I wanted to do them.

Several years ago and I still do it and it is still a feat to accomplish 100 in less than 10 minutes. My best was 600 in 1 hour and 100 in less than 15 minutes wearing a 40 lb. weight vest.

These are challenging workouts and exercise will work well in your body. I combined 8 counts with body weight squats and I also used a combo using bodybuilders and a skipping rope, both of which are incredible exercises of fat and strength building.

If you managed to manage 50 of this beast, the average man would not On average, anyone is a bit skeptical to drop down for some now and see how much you can get in 1 minute Or 2 minutes, I think you'll be surprised.

The only drop is that most people will never make a regular part of their workout, and the reason is that they are very demanding. You can be like everyone else and do the exercises of everyone; You know the exercises designed by the average man for the average man.

You want to be elite? You train and do the exercises with which the elite train!
